Two more libraries in CUNY, John Jay and BMCC, have decided to join Baruch, Brooklyn, Hunter, and the Graduate Center in sharing a QuestionPoint subscription for chat and e-mail reference services. The latest libraries to join will likely go live on the service this fall.
